Appointment Information

Pure Physio offers ‘no gap fee’ Physiotherapy for approved WorkSafe clients.

This means you can see one of our Physiotherapists without paying any out of pocket appointment costs. Should you elect to see one of our more Senior Physiotherapists a gap fee is payable.

Private health insurance can be used to cover some or all of the gap payment (dependent on the level of your policy).

Gap Payments for WorkSafe Physiotherapy Appointments

Please note: Private Health Insurance can be used to cover some or all of the gap payment. Please contact us to access remedial massage therapy using WorkSafe funding.

WorkSafe Eligibility Information

To allow Pure Physio to process your appointment through WorkSafe, the following information will be required when attending your initial consultation:

Your WorkSafe VIC claim number
The date of your injury
The name of your case manager and their contact details (if assigned)

What if my WorkSafe Claim Hasn't Been Approved Yet?

Clients who are waiting on approval of their WorkSafe claim can still receive Physiotherapy treatment.

You will however be required to pay the full cost of the appointment on the day. WorkSafe will reimburse some or all of the appointment costs upon approval of your claim.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Pure Physio requires 24 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. In the event that 24 hours notice is not provided, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full private rate of the appointment will be charged.

Cancellation fees are not covered by WorkSafe and will be required to be paid out of pocket.
