Sarah graduated from Bond University, Gold Coast with a Bachelor of Health Science and Australian Catholic University, Brisbane with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Since graduating, Sarah has worked in a range of sports and private practice settings gaining valuable hands on experience.
Collins St/Queen St
Liz grew up in New Zealand playing a lot of sport and experiencing a few injuries along the way. These experiences motivated her to complete a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago in 2002 and help other people overcome their injuries.
Anita, known as Annie, completed her Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University in WA. Early on she developed a keen interest in sport and travel after her experiences competing both nationally and internationally in artistic gymnastics and cheerleading.
Collins St/Queen St
Cara graduated from Physiotherapy in 2010 and has since built her passion around injury prevention and sports performance. Cara has focused her interests on strength re-training, running biomechanics, kinetic link training and injury prevention.

Andrea grew up in Toronto, Canada and knew at an early age that she had a passion for aiding those with concerns. With a background as a Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist, she utilizes her knowledge and skills to compliment her treatments as a Remedial Massage Therapist.
Renae is our Practice Manager and works across both our Queen Street and Collins Street Clinics.Renae joined the team from SA where she has a firm background in sport, having worked for Tennis SA, Gymnastics SA, The Australian Open, and The World Tennis Challenge.
Lyndal has developed a strong interest in exercise and health after completing a Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and working as a personal trainer. She is currently studying a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology, and spends her spare time keeping active outdoors.
