Aaron grew up in the South Island of New Zealand and has always been passionate about sports and the outdoors. He undertook his undergraduate physiotherapy studies at Otago University and has completed postgraduate studies in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at AUT in Auckland. Aaron has undertaken in depth manual therapy studies and is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner.
Sarah graduated from Bond University, Gold Coast with a Bachelor of Health Science and Australian Catholic University, Brisbane with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Since graduating, Sarah has worked in a range of sports and private practice settings gaining valuable hands on experience.
Collins St/Queen St
Ciaran grew up in Ireland where sport played a large part in his life. His Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences led him into a career in fitness where he worked as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for Gaelic football teams.
Anita, known as Annie, completed her Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University in WA. Early on she developed a keen interest in sport and travel after her experiences competing both nationally and internationally in artistic gymnastics and cheerleading.
Collins St/Queen St
Cara graduated from Physiotherapy in 2010 and has since built her passion around injury prevention and sports performance. Cara has focused her interests on strength re-training, running biomechanics, kinetic link training and injury prevention.
David has played sport all his life! As an Englishman soccer was his first passion, working his way up to academy level at Nottingham Forest until injury introduced him to Physiotherapy. Running and Cycling then became David’s main focus, training up to Half Ironman distance at Challenge Melbourne in 2017.

Andrea grew up in Toronto, Canada and knew at an early age that she had a passion for aiding those with concerns. With a background as a Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist, she utilizes her knowledge and skills to compliment her treatments as a Remedial Massage Therapist.
Renae is our Practice Manager and works across both our Queen Street and Collins Street Clinics.Renae joined the team from SA where she has a firm background in sport, having worked for Tennis SA, Gymnastics SA, The Australian Open, and The World Tennis Challenge.
Lyndal has developed a strong interest in exercise and health after completing a Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and working as a personal trainer. She is currently studying a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology, and spends her spare time keeping active outdoors.
