Sarah graduated from Bond University, Gold Coast with a Bachelor of Health Science and Australian Catholic University, Brisbane with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Since graduating, Sarah has worked in a range of sports and private practice settings gaining valuable hands on experience.

Ciaran grew up in Ireland where sport played a large part in his life. His Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences led him into a career in fitness where he worked as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for Gaelic football teams.

Cara graduated from Physiotherapy in 2010 and has since built her passion around injury prevention and sports performance. Cara has focused her interests on strength re-training, running biomechanics, kinetic link training and injury prevention.
David has played sport all his life! As an Englishman soccer was his first passion, working his way up to academy level at Nottingham Forest until injury introduced him to Physiotherapy. Running and Cycling then became David’s main focus, training up to Half Ironman distance at Challenge Melbourne in 2017.

Andrea grew up in Toronto, Canada and knew at an early age that she had a passion for aiding those with concerns. With a background as a Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist, she utilizes her knowledge and skills to compliment her treatments as a Remedial Massage Therapist.
Jane is originally from country NSW and has a background in strength and conditioning but is now behind the desk! Jane loves all sports, particularly tennis and hiking. She has a passion for travel and loves to see the world and experience different cultures.
Lyndal has developed a strong interest in exercise and health after completing a Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and working as a personal trainer. She is currently studying a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology, and spends her spare time keeping active outdoors.
Born and raised near Melbourne, Jane is one of the friendly faces you’ll see at Collins St.Jane has developed a strong interest in preventative health after completing a Bachelor’s in Health Science and is currently completing her Master’s in Public Health. She has a deep passion for health in all forms and hopes to be part of making a difference in the health community.
