Experience
Steven has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including youth soccer players, runners, veterans, and recreational athletes. In addition to private practice, he has worked in gym and pilates studio settings, giving him valuable experience in exercise-based rehabilitation, movement assessment, and helping clients build strength and confidence throughout their recovery. He enjoys treating everyone from athletes to weekend warriors and is passionate about helping people return to the activities they love.
He takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to physiotherapy, focusing on understanding each clients goals and developing an individualised treatment plan to achieve the best possible outcome.
His treatment approach combines hands-on therapy, including massage, dry needling, joint mobilisations, and taping, with tailored exercise rehabilitation. Steven also provides posture assessment and ergonomic advice to help clients improve movement efficiency, reduce strain, and support long-term musculoskeletal health. He believes that empowering clients through education and progressive exercise is key to restoring function, reducing pain, preventing future injuries, and helping them achieve their personal goals.
