Experience
Janelle is a Canadian-educated physiotherapist who completed her undergraduate degree specializing in kinesiology, or the study of human movement and mechanics, followed by her graduate degree in physical therapy. She is fluent in both English and Cantonese.
Janelle is passionate about meeting patients where they are at to help them get back to doing what they love and achieving their goals, using a combination of education, manual therapy and dry needling, and a home exercise program tailored to her patients’ specific lifestyles.
Personal
Janelle loves to venture into almost any activity where she can challenge herself to learn new skills – from half-marathons and sprint triathlons to snowboarding every winter back home in Canada. So feel free to share your passions with Janelle on your next visit – she will either have had some prior experience or she will be happy to learn all about it and why it is important to you.
